TURN AROUND TIMES
When can i expect to receive my order?
We know when you buy something its nice to receive it asap! All our necklaces and teethers are made to order and we state a 1-2 week turn around to cover us for our busiest times. However, we endevour to post before this if at all possible. If you need a rush order, or have a specific occasion deadline then we will always try to accommodate this, just get in touch.
My necklace is a bit too long- what do i do?
Our necklaces are all sent out long to ensure the length is suitable for all. If you'd like your necklace slightly shorter, simply tie the knots lower down, snip off the extra cord, and flash a lighter over the ends to seal.
Necklaces are not toys, and are designed for adults. Please never place a necklace on a baby, or leave a child unattended with one.
Are these safe for babies? What about the beads?
Yes, our teethers are absolutely safe for babies. Honestly, as a mother of 3, nothing is more important than safety. Our teethers are tied together with extremely strong, unbreakable nylon cord, and knotted in a special way. All toys are tensile strength tested. They are strung with high-quality silicone beads- these are food-grade (the material is the same as bottle teats and dummies) free from BPA's, Phthalates and lead. The wood we use for teethers is raw beech which is non-splintering and naturally antibacteria. All our safety certificates are available, and all our toys are marked as such and sent out with a clear CE label.
All our toys and dummy clips meet the mandatory safety requirements EN71 1-3.
As with any toy for babies, it is important to regularly inspect them for any signs of damage, and immediately discard upon any sign of damage.
I'd like one of the products, but in different colours, or using more or less beads- can i do that?
Yes! Absolutely. We will happily make up items to customer specifications. The only things we'd be unable to do is alter something in a way that it compromises safety- so we are unable to lengthen dummy clips, or end them in a silicone bead, or add something to a teether clip that was non-compliant. I'm sure you'll agree that safety must take priority.
I'm buying something as a gift- can you send it directly?
Yes, absolutely, that's no problem at all. Just let us know the recipients address and what message you would like included and we will happily with a complimentary gift card. All products come gift wrapped as standard.
How much is the shipping? Why isn't it on the listing?
We know our customers often would like to buy more than one product at the same time, and we want to ensure you never have to pay double shipping! So we set our shipping costs on weight to ensure you always have the lowest and most accurate shipping charges.

We ship usually using 2nd class mail with proof of postage as this is the cheapest for our customers, and royal mail is very reliable. However, if you would prefer 1st class or registered post please let us know and we can happily organise this.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We're confident that you will love your purchases, but however should you change your mind about your purchase then you have 14 days to return it for an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Commissions: in the event of cancellation of any commissioned work, the customer shall be responsible for all expenses and outlays incurred by the maker up to the date of cancellation.
Made to Order & Personalised items: Items which have been specially customized and/or personalized are not eligible for and exchange or refund unless the product is damaged.
To cancel your order you must advise us by emailing us at email@example.com and we will issue you with a returns note for inclusion in your delivery. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition. This includes the gift box.
We aim to apply all refunds & despatch exchange items within 48 hours of the day they are received, although it can take longer during busy periods such as Christmas & sale periods.
